An introduction to Clowning and your Clown.
You will be jumping into the energy of Red Nose play and discovering the form of your clown energy through being in the moment, breathing, and playfulness. It will be a day of togetherness, folly and fun where you may at times also feel very excited as well as a little challenged in the moments of the here and now.
